Lifetime Guarantee
Delivering “Best Value” means looking beyond the installed cost of a new lighting scheme and closely scrutinising long term maintenance costs. When it comes to vandal-resistant fittings, maintenance and replacement expenditure can quickly outstrip installation costs.
Designplan Lighting is the first lighting manufacturer within the EU to offer the reassurance of a lifetime guarantee for its fittings. Under the terms of the guarantee scheme, Designplan will repair or replace any of its vandalresistant luminaires that have been rendered inoperable due to physical abuse for the lifetime of the installation.

The guarantee scheme applies to the majority of the company's range of vandal-resistant lminaires including Bastion, Brunel, Circo, Maxi Quay, Quadrant, Quantum, Rampart, Sterilux, Tuscan, Vertigo and Ziggy, as well as the new Ali Quad and RDL.
The scheme has been deliberately designed with a minimum of small print and conditions so customers can clearly understand their rights. Designplan will replace or repair any fitting that has been properly installed in an appropriate location that has been rendered unoperable by physical abuse.
The only exemptions and exclusions are for lamps and where damage has resulted from use of acid, paint, fire, certain acid-based cleaning materials, gunfire or the removal of the diffuser by screwdriver or tools.
The Designplan lifetime guarantee is available for an administration charge, which is added to the nett price of the fitting at the time of invoice.
